How do I fill out the USPS Form?

You may download a pre-populated USPS 1583 Form by logging in to your Anytime Mailbox account on either a computer or a laptop. Then, click the blue button ‘’Complete Renter Verification.’’ 

You will then be routed to another page where you will download the form. Since its pre-populated, all you need to do next is to have it notarized. Unfortunately, this option isn’t available on the mobile app.
