Monthly Service Plan
Paying for a service plan monthly means that you will need to pay for your mailbox from month to month.
You will receive an invoice generated on the 1st of each month showing the monthly mailbox fee owed, along with any additional ancillary fees that need to be charged. (either if you go outside of your monthly action request allowance or if you need to be charged shipping fees)
Any additional ancillary fees will be visible on the invoice and be charged on the 5th of each month, whereas shipping fees are charged automatically when the shipping request is fulfilled by the mailbox location.
Annual Service Plan
Selecting an annual plan means that you will need to pay for your mailbox upfront for 1 year.
After that, you will still receive a monthly invoice on the 1st of each month. However, you will only be charged again if any additional ancillary fees need to be charged. (either if you go outside of your monthly action request allowance or if you need to be charged shipping fees)
Any additional ancillary fees will show on the invoice and be charged on the 5th of each month, whereas shipping fees are charged automatically when the shipping request is fulfilled by the mailbox location.
