The number of additional recipients you can add depends on your plan and mailbox location. Some plans allow up to 2 or more recipients, with additional fees applied per person or business name. It’s important to note that if your plan includes two recipients, this means:
One is the main account holder
One additional authorized recipient may be added
The total recipient count listed in your plan includes the main account holder. Understanding this count helps ensure the plan you choose aligns with your needs especially if you intend to share your mailbox with others.
If you'd like to add multiple recipients—whether for business use (such as a team or company name) or for family members (like a spouse or children)—please check your plan’s allowances first by logging in to your account and navigating to:

Note: All additional recipients are required to submit identity verification documents, and the specific requirements may vary depending on your mailbox location.
If you're okay with any applicable fees, you can follow the steps below to add additional recipients to your account:
For US locations, follow the steps below to add authorized recipients to your account:
Log in to your Dashboard using a desktop or laptop computer and click on Settings.
Select Authorized Recipients and click Add.
Choose the Mailbox # and fill out the Company Name, First Name, and Last Name.
Click Save to save the information.
To prepare and download the USPS 1583 form, follow these steps:
Click on the Mailbox # and select Prepare USPS Form 1583.
Fill out the form and click Update to save the information.
Click on the Files tab at the top and select Download USPS Form 1583.
The form will be saved to the default download location on your computer in PDF format.
Note: After completing the form, you'll need to have it notarized. Please make sure youhave two valid forms of ID for the notarization process. You can complete the notary process online by clicking this link. Once notarized, kindly upload the notarized USPS form along with your two valid IDs by following these steps:
Log in to your Dashboard and click on Settings.
Select Authorized Recipients and click on the Mailbox #.
Click on the Files tab and select the Upload button, then click Done.
For international locations, follow these steps to add authorized recipients:
Log in to your Dashboard and click on Settings.
Select Authorized Recipients and click Add.
Choose the Mailbox # and fill out the Company Name, First Name, and Last Name.
Click Save to save the information.
Note: For international locations, you are not required to submit the USPS 1583 form, but you will need to submit identity verification documents.
To upload your identity verification documents, follow these steps:
Log in to your Dashboard and click on Settings.
Select Authorized Recipients and click on the Mailbox #.
Click on the Files tab and select the Upload button, then click Done.
Your mail center operator will be notified and will review your documents for approval. This process typically takes 1 to 3 business days.
