If you want to view the contents of your mail item online, you can request the Mail Center Operator to open and scan it for you.
To request Open and Scan, follow these steps:
Log in to your Dashboard or Anytime Mailbox Renter App.
Go to your Inbox, and select the mail item you want to scan.
Click on the Actions button and select Open and Scan. If you have any specific instructions for the operator, a pop-up window will appear where you can input them.
Click Submit to complete the open and scan request.
Once an Open & Scan request is completed, you will receive a notification. To avoid storage fees, please select a Final Action Request (Forward, Pick Up, Shred, or Discard) for the mail item. To do this, click on the Action Required folder and select a Final Action Request.
Note: You can also print or download the scanned items to your computer. Just click on the mail item and select the Print or Download button located next to the Actions button.
