How Anytime Mailbox Works


Congratulations on signing up with Anytime Mailbox! Here's what you need to do next:


Verify your identity: The US Postal Service requires that your identity be verified before you can start receiving mail. To do this, log in to your account and click on the blue Complete Renter Verification link. 


Follow the steps provided. You will need access to a laptop or desktop computer and two pieces of identification. You can also download the 1583 form and get it notarized locally. 

Once you submit the necessary documents, wait for your mailbox application to be approved.


Start receiving mail: Once your mailbox application is approved, you can start using your mailbox address to receive mail. When the mail center operator receives a mail item for you, they will take a picture of the front of the envelope or the package label and upload it to your dashboard for you to see. 


Download the Anytime Mailbox Renter App: Download this so you don’t miss any notifications and be able to view and manage your mail right from your phone. The Anytime Mailbox App can be downloaded using the links below:

Take action on your mail items: When you receive mail, you must request an action on your mail items to avoid storage fees. Check out the articles below for the actions you can take. Please note that the actions you take may vary depending on your mail center operator and the service plan you are on, and you may incur additional charges by doing these actions:
