Mail Shredding


To ensure the secure disposal of your unwanted mail, you can request to have it shredded. Please note that requesting shredding may incur an additional cost on top of your monthly/annual plan. Please check your plan's inclusions to see the cost of shredding.

  1. Navigate to your mail item

  2. Click Actions

  3. Select Shred

You will receive an email notification once the shredding request has been completed. Note that once the process is completed, you cannot retract or change the status.

Requesting to Shred Multiple Items


You can request to shred multiple items. Navigate to any mail folder, use the checkboxes to indicate the selection, and select Recycle from the Action menu.
