How to Cancel a Notary Session Request

If you’ve already completed your notary session but are still receiving alerts or reminders to complete it  don’t worry. You don’t need to take any action.

What Happens When You Don’t Need the Session

If you no longer need the notary session you’ve requested:

  • The session will automatically expire within 30 days of your request.

  • There’s no need to manually cancel it.

  • Once it expires, your personal details and payment information will be deleted from the system.

Payment and Session Status

  • If your notarization session was never completed or was terminated for any reason, your payment card will not be charged.

  • The system will automatically mark the session as expired after 30 days.

Summary

No action required. The unused notary session will expire automatically.
No charge will be made if the notarization didn’t take place.
All details are automatically cleared after 30 days.
