Making Action Requests


When you receive a mail item, you can request one of the following services to be performed on that specific item. Submitting a service request lets the Mail Room Operator know exactly how you would like your mail handled.

Available service requests include:

  • Open & Scan – The mail item is opened and the contents are scanned and uploaded to your account.

  • Forward Mail – The mail item is sent to a forwarding address of your choice.

  • Shred – The mail item is securely shredded.

  • Recycle – The mail item is recycled without being opened.

To select the service you would like for your mail item, please follow the guide below:

  • Go to your Inbox or Action Required folder.


  • Select the mail item/s that you want to take action on.


  • Click on the "Actions" button and select an action request.
