To take action on your received mail, you need to request a service on the mail item/s so that the Mail Room Operator can act on it.
To request service on mail items, follow these steps:
Go to your Inbox or Action Required folder.
Select the mail item/s that you want to take action on.
Click on the "Actions" button and select an action request.
