Can you provide tracking info for my forwarded mail?

If you've requested the tracking number for a recently forwarded mail item from the operator, you can easily view it in your portal.

You may follow the steps below to find the tracking number:

Step 1: Click on the Mail tab.

Step 2: From the options on the left, under Completed, click on Forwarded. This will display a list of mail items that have been forwarded by the operator. Simply click the mail number of the item you wish to track.

Step 3: The details will then be displayed, including the carrier, service type, and tracking number.

If a tracking number is unavailable, you can reach out to the operator for assistance. Their contact information is located at the bottom of your dashboard page.
