Before forwarding any mail items, make sure you have set up your forwarding addresses. To start forwarding mail items, follow these steps:
From your Dashboard, click on Inbox.
Select the mail items and packages you want to forward, click on Actions, then select Forward.
A pop-up window will appear where you can select a forwarding address, service preference, fulfillment type (Ship Immediately), insurance, tracking details, and add any notes for the operator.
For international forwarding addresses, you will need to declare the value of the items to be shipped for customs purposes.
Click Submit to send the forwarding request to the operator.
Ship Immediately means that the operator will process and complete your mail forwarding request without first sending a shipping cost quote for your approval. By selecting this option, you are authorizing the operator to proceed using your saved shipping preference
Note: “Ship Immediately” does not guarantee that your item will be shipped right away—it simply means that no prior approval for shipping costs will be required before the operator moves forward.
For completed forwarding requests, the operator (if applicable) will update the tracking number and finalize the request. You will receive an email notification once your forwarding request has been completed. You can also view your most recent request and tracking details by logging into your Dashboard and navigating to Mail > Completed Forwarded folder.
