Your email address is essential for accessing your Anytime Mailbox account and mobile app. If you need to update your email address, you can follow these simple steps:
Updating Your Email Address:
On the Web Portal:
Log in to your Anytime Mailbox account then navigate to the Settings tab.
Click on the email address field in your profile and enter your updated preferred email address.
Click Submit to save the changes.
If you've already completed your account verification, you also have the option to change your email address through the mobile app.
On the Mobile App:
Open the Anytime Mailbox mobile app then from the main dashboard, tap Settings at the bottom of the page.
Enter your new email address and tap the ✔️ icon at the upper right corner of the screen to save your changes.
Please note that if your account is not yet completely verified and you attempt to change your email through the app, you'll be prompted to access your account via the web browser using a PC or a laptop.
