To access the online notary to complete your verification documents, simply login to your account using a desktop or laptop computer and click on the blue, ‘Complete Verification’ button.
Then you will be reminded of what IDs are acceptable for the verification process.
You will need to select if you have a US Social Security number, then click Continue:
Fill out the necessary information. This will pre-populate the USPS 1583 form for you and then click ‘Use Online Notary’:
Once you click ‘Use Online Notary’, you will be directed to the online notary platform.
Note: Additional verification steps/questions may be asked while using the online notary.
