There may be instances when you need to cancel or retract an action request that you have previously submitted for one of your mail items. Follow these steps to retract a pending action request:
Go to your dashboard and click on Mail
On the sidebar menu, select Pending
Navigate to the specific mail item for which you want to retract the action request
At the top of the screen, click on Actions
Choose Retract Action Request
Please note that only pending action requests can be retracted.
