What’s Changing vs. What’s Not Changing

As part of the Anytime Mailbox Billing Modernization initiative, we are upgrading our billing system to improve visibility, reporting accuracy, and overall transparency.

We understand that billing changes can raise important questions. Below is a clear comparison of what is changing and what is not so you know exactly what to expect.

OLD Billing System

NEW Billing System

Customers are billed at the beginning of the month (invoice on the 1st, payment on the 5th)

Existing customers transition to a new recurring billing date beginning on their mailing center’s scheduled migration date. New customers will start their billing cycle on their sign-up date.

All customers share a fixed billing date

All customers will be billed based on their individual recurring billing date

Old invoice is text heavy

Each line item clearly indicates what the charge is for

The service plan fee appears three times on the invoice: first for the previous month’s charge, second as a credit for the subscription that was already paid, and third for the new subscription month billed in advance.

The service plan is indicated only once, that is for the month in advance.

Limited tax visibility in invoices

Clear tax line item displayed (when applicable) to ensure tax compliance

What’s not changing

This billing modernization initiative will not change

  • You plan allowance

  • Your plan pricing
