Invoice Overview

Billing Migration Notice:  This article may not apply to you if you have not migrated yet. To see if you have been migrated, please review the article:  How do I know if I am on the new billing system?  




Your Monthly Invoice provides a detailed summary of all the charges you have incurred for your mailbox during a specific billing period.

Your monthly invoice is generated at the end of your billing cycle and reflects charges from the previous billing period.

The invoice includes:

  • Subscription fee

  • Any applicable ancillary fees 

  • Sales tax (when applicable)

Below is a detailed explanation of each section shown in your statement:

  1. Anytime Mailbox Information

Displays Anytime Mailbox’s company address and contact information for billing-related inquiries.

  1. Invoice Number

A unique reference number assigned to your invoice for tracking and identification purposes.

  1.  Date & Amount

Shows the dates covered by the invoice and offers a summary of all charges incurred during that specific billing period.

  1.  Bill To

Displays the main customer’s name and mailing address associated with the account.

  1.  Account

Shows your customer ID and your email address for reference.

  1. Credit for Prepaid Days

As we transition to the new billing system, credits are applied to ensure that you are not paying twice for the days you have previously paid for. 

  1. Charges

A detailed line item of each of the charges incurred for the billing period. 

  1. Sales Tax

Shows the computed sales tax.

  1. Total Amount

Indicates the total charges incurred for the specified billing period.
