Why are there credits on my invoice?

Billing Migration Notice:  This article may not apply to you if you have not migrated yet. To see if you have been migrated, please review the article: How do I know if I am on the new billing system?  

The credits are part of a one-time adjustment during the transition to our new billing system. Because subscription charges are paid in advance, the credit ensures you’re not billed again for the days you already paid for.
