What Is Billing Migration?
We’re upgrading our billing system as part of the Anytime Mailbox Billing Modernization project.
Billing migration refers to moving your mailing center to our new and enhanced billing platform. This upgrade is designed to improve reliability, performance, and your overall billing experience.
What to Expect & When
Billing migration begins on February 25, 2026.
From that date, mailing centers will transition to the new billing platform in scheduled waves through July 2026.
When Will My Mailing Center Be Migrated?
To ensure a smooth and stable transition, mailing centers are being migrated in phases rather than all at once. This allows us to closely monitor performance and provide the best possible experience during the upgrade.
Before your mailing center is scheduled to migrate:
You will receive advance email notifications
You’ll see in-app banner reminders in your portal leading up to the migration date
