How Do I Know If I’m on the New Billing?

We notify customers about the transition to the new billing system through two communication channels:

  • Email notification sent to your registered email address

  • In-app banner displayed in your portal

If you have received an email advising that you’ve been enrolled in the new billing system or have seen the notification banner in your portal, it means your account has been migrated to the new billing.

When Will I See the Banner in My Portal?

You may see a banner in your portal at different stages of the migration process.

Before the Migration

A banner will appear in your portal 10 days before your migration date.
 This banner informs you that your account will soon be moved to the new billing system.

On the Migration Day

On the day your account is migrated, the banner message in your portal will update to confirm that the migration has been completed.

This confirmation banner will remain visible for 24 hours, after which it will be automatically removed.

How to Confirm You Are on the New Billing

You will know you are already on the new billing if:

  • You received an email notification confirming that you have been enrolled in the new billing system, or

  • You saw the confirmation banner in your portal on the day of migration.
