I am trying to sign up for another mailbox, but the system will not allow me to use the same email address I used to sign up for the first mailbox.

Any duplicate emails will be rejected automatically. As a temporary solution, you will need to use a different email address to sign up.

After your new mailbox is approved and activated, you can contact us to merge your accounts, so you can use a single email address to login to both of your mailboxes.
