Making Action Requests

To take action on your received mail, you need to request a service on the mail item so that the Mail Room Operator can act on it.

To request service on mail items, follow these steps:

  • Go to your Inbox or Action Required folder.

  • Select the mail item/s that you want to take action on.

  • Click on the "Actions" button and select an action request.
