How to Download Mail Images and Scanned Contents


You can save mail images and completed scan contents on your computer or device. The file will be saved in your default download location.

To download mail images:

  1. Log in to your Dashboard and click Inbox.

  2. Select the Mail Item, then click Download at the top.

  3. A drop-down box will appear to select Hi-Res Image (first page only) and PDF (first page only).

  4. Select the file type you want, and it will automatically start to download the file.

To download completed scan contents:

  1. Go to Mail and under the Completed section select Opened & Scanned.

  2. Select the Mail Item, then click Download at the top.

  3. A drop-down box will appear to select Hi-Res Image (first page only), PDF (first page only), and PDF (pages 1 to 5).

  4. Select PDF (pages 1 to 5) and it will automatically start to download the file.

You can also do this using your mobile app:

  1. Log in to your Anytime Mailbox app and select Mail, then click Inbox.

  2. Select the Mail Item, then click the three dots (...) at the top right.

  3. A window will appear below your screen to select Edit Title and Download PDF (first page only).

  4. Select Download PDF (first page only) and it will start downloading to your phone.

To download completed scan contents using your mobile app:

  1. Log in to your Anytime Mailbox app and select Mail, then click Opened & Scanned.

  2. Select the Mail Item, then click the three dots (...) at the top right.

  3. A window will appear below your screen to select Edit Title, Download PDF (first page only), and Download PDF (pages 1 to 5).

  4. Select Download PDF (pages 1 to 5) and it will start downloading to your phone.
