When you received a mail you have to request service on the mail item/s so that the Mail Room Operator can take action on your mail/s.


To request service on mail items follow these steps: 



  • Go to your Inbox or Action Required folder



  • Select the Mail Item/s that you want to take action on



  • Click on the Actions button and select an Action Request
