Immediate Forwarding Request - Mobile App Walkthrough


Need to have your mail sent out right away? You can easily submit a forwarding request in the app and choose to ship immediately, bypassing the quote step. Follow the instructions below to get your mail on its way in just a few taps:

Step 1. Log In to the App

Begin by logging into the app using your credentials. Once you're in, you'll see your main dashboard.

Step 2. Access Your Inbox

Tap on the Inbox section from the dashboard to view your received mail items.

Step 3. Select the Mail Item You Want to Forward

Scroll through your inbox and tap on the specific mail item you'd like to have forwarded. This will open a detailed view of that item.

Step 4. Tap the Thunder Icon

In the top-right corner of the screen, tap the thunder icon. This will bring up a list of available actions for that mail item.

Step 5. Select “Forwarding” from the Action Requests

From the action menu that appears at the bottom, tap “Forwarding” to initiate your forwarding request.

Step 6. Choose Your Service Preference

On the forwarding request screen, you’ll be prompted to choose your Service Preference. You can select from the following options depending on how you want your item shipped:

  • Fastest

  • Least Expensive

  • Least Expensive 2-Day Delivery

  • Least Expensive Overnight

Choose the option that best suits your needs.

Step 7. Select Fulfillment Type: Ship Immediately

Under the “Fulfillment Type” section, select “Ship Immediately”. This tells the operator to proceed with the forwarding request right away, using the service option you selected—no quote required.

Step 8. Choose Whether You’d Like Tracking

Under the “With Tracking” field, tap and select “Yes” if you'd like to receive tracking details once the package has been sent. If you don’t need tracking updates, you can select “No.”

Step 9. Add Any Additional Notes (Optional)

There’s also a field at the bottom of the screen where you can type in any additional notes or special instructions for the operator (e.g., combine with another item, add extra packing, etc.).

To submit your notes and finalize your forwarding request, either:

  • Tap “Done” on your phone’s keyboard
     
    OR

  • Tap the ✔️checkmark icon in the top-right corner of the screen

Step 10. Confirmation

Once submitted, a confirmation pop-up will appear letting you know that your forwarding request has been successfully placed.

Your mail item is now in the queue for immediate shipment. You'll receive tracking information (if you opted in), and you can monitor the status directly from the app.
