How to Report Unauthorized Use of Your Residential Address

If you are a residential property owner and discover that an individual is using your personal home address on the Anytime Mailbox platform without your authorization or consent, you can submit an unauthorized address report directly to us.

We take fraudulent representations and improper address usage seriously and have formal investigation procedures to secure your location.

1. Information and Documentation to Submit

To help our team investigate, locate the associated record, and verify ownership, please provide the following details when contacting Support:

    • Your Full Name: Confirm your identity as the legal property owner.

    • Your Physical Residential Address: The full street address, city, state, and ZIP code being used without authorization.

    • Name of the Individual/Business: The name of the person or entity improperly listing or receiving mail at your address.

    • Proof of Ownership (Recommended): Documentation verifying your ownership or primary tenancy (such as a property deed, mortgage statement, or local tax assessment).

    • Statement of Non-Authorization: A clear statement confirming that you have not authorized the individual to use your address and have not signed or notarized a USPS Form 1583 on their behalf.

2. How Anytime Mailbox Investigates and Acts on Reports

Once an unauthorized address report is received, the case follows a standard internal workflow:

  1. Our team locates any accounts linked to the reported physical address or individual. Standard review takes approximately 2 to 3 business days.

  2. Upon identifying an account improperly utilizing an unauthorized residential address, Anytime Mailbox suspends the account to prevent further mail processing.

  3. The user is notified of the report and required to submit a new, properly verified physical address along with an updated, notarized Form 1583 and valid proof-of-address documents. If the user cannot provide legitimate documentation or verify a new address, the account is permanently deactivated and closed.

Privacy Policy Regarding Account Details

Due to federal privacy regulations and company data security policies, Anytime Mailbox cannot disclose private account records, login information, or internal account details to reporting parties.

    • Legal Requests & Subpoenas: Specific account files, user records, or partner data can only be released upon receipt of a formal legal request, such as a valid court order or subpoena issued by law enforcement or a court of competent jurisdiction.

    • Status Updates: While specific user information remains confidential, reporting property owners will receive written confirmation when internal review and enforcement actions on the address report have been completed.
