If you’d like to transfer to a different mail center, change your mailbox address, or recently signed up but changed your mind, please note that your current mailbox information cannot be transferred to a new location. However, you can sign up for a new mailbox by following these steps:
If Your Account Hasn’t Been Verified:
You can cancel your current mailbox account before signing up for a new one.
You can sign up for a new mailbox immediately once you get the confirmation that your account has been canceled.
If Your Account is Fully Verified:
Your current mailbox must be canceled before registering for a new one.
You’ll need to go through the sign-up and verification process again for your new mailbox.
If you want to sign up immediately, you must use a different email address.
Once you've completed the sign-up process, you can update your preferred email address—whether it's from your recently canceled account or a new one—after your registration is fully completed.
To change your email address, you can simply log into your portal and under the Settings tab, update your preferred email.
