Steps to Check Your Reverification Status
Step 1: Log In to Your Account

If you still see the red banner prompting you to reverify, click the Re-verify Now button.
Step 2: View the Progress Bar
After clicking Re-verify Now, you will be redirected to a page displaying the progress bar.
Reverification Statuses and Their Meanings
Verification Requirements
What It Means: You need to complete the reverification process through either online or in-person verification. We recommend taking advantage of the online notary for convenience.
Documents Review
What It Means: Our team is reviewing your submitted documents. This process typically takes 2-3 business days.
Mail Center Approval
What It Means: Your submitted documents are now being reviewed by your mail center operator for approval.
Application Completed
What It Means: Your account reverification has been approved and is now compliant with USPS standards.
What to Do if You See a Red ‘X’ at Mail Center Approval
There are missing documents, or some files you submitted could not be verified.
