Requesting a Location Change or Cancellation

If you’re looking to transfer to a different location, update your mailbox address, or recently signed up but changed your mind, please note that your current information cannot be transferred to a new mailing center. Instead, a cancellation request must be processed before you can sign up at a different location.

What You Need to Do:

If You Are Unverified

  • Your unverified account must be canceled before you can sign up again. Should you not see the option to cancel, you may contact your mailing center indicated at the bottom of your dashboard upon logging in to the portal. 

Alternatively, you may contact Anytime Mailbox support for assistance. 

  • Once cancellation has been completed on the backend, you will receive an email confirming that your account has been canceled.

  •  You can now sign up for a new mailbox.

If You Are Verified

  • Your current information cannot be transferred to a new mailbox address.

  • You will need to cancel your existing mailbox before signing up for a new one.

  • If you prefer to use the same email address,  you will need to contact us for an account specialist to process the cancellation request immediately.

  • After cancellation, you must sign up again on our website and complete the verification process for your new mailbox.

  • You can register immediately with a different email address.
