Cancelling Your Application

To cancel your mailbox application, you can follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to your account on the Anytime Mailbox website on a computer. This option is not available on the mobile app since your account is in the verification process.

  2. Go to Settings from your Dashboard.

  3. Click Close Account from the left sub-menu. A message will appear prompting you to confirm the closure. For unverified accounts, your account will be closed immediately. 
    To proceed, select the radio button to confirm you understand the account will be permanently deleted, then click the red “Close Account” button to finalize the process.

  1. You will be prompted to select a reason for closing your account from the available options. Simply choose the most applicable reason and click Submit to continue.


  1. Once your account is closed, a confirmation message will appear on the screen, and a confirmation email will also be sent to notify you of the account closure.


Alternatively, you can contact our support team via email, chat, or phone to cancel your application.

Please note that our refund policy applies to cancellations, and you may be eligible for a refund depending on the circumstances of your cancellation.
