To cancel your mailbox application, you can follow the steps below:
Log in to your account on the Anytime Mailbox website on a computer.
Go to Settings from your Dashboard.
Click Close Account from the left sub-menu. A message will appear prompting you to confirm the closure, showing the effective date and important reminders about fees, file access, and steps for reactivation. To proceed, select the radio button to confirm you understand the account will be permanently deleted, then click the red “Close Account” button to finalize the process.
You will be prompted to select a reason for closing your account from the available options. Simply choose the most applicable reason and click Submit to continue.
Once your account has been closed, a confirmation message will appear to acknowledge that your request has been received. If you change your mind, you can click the “Cancel Account Closure” button to reverse the request.
