If you have mail with poor image quality or missing content, submit a rescan request through your portal. The mail center operator will rescan your document, remove the old pages, and notify you when the updated files are available.
To resubmit request for Open & Scan follow these steps:
Step 1: Login to your portal, click Action Required. Select the mail item you want to be rescanned.
Step 2: Click Action and select the Open & Scan.
Step 3: A pop-up box will appear where you can enter additional information about the request. You can specify that you want the mail to be rescanned due to poor quality or an incomplete scan. Then, click Submit. Once submitted, it will return to the pending items queue.
The instructions you provide here will help the operator understand exactly what you need them to do.

Important Note:
Ideally, you will not be charged another fee if you request a rescan due to poor scan quality. The previously scanned mail item will be deleted by the operator, and you will only be charged for mail items that were scanned successfully.
