Am I tied to a contract when I sign up?

When you sign up, you are not tied to a contract. You can cancel your service at any time without any penalty or fees.

However, please note that we do not prorate your monthly or annual fee. Your billing cycle always starts on the first day of every month. To maximize your mailbox usage, we recommend canceling near the end of the month before the billing cycle runs on the 1st.

Please keep in mind that it may take 1 to 3 business days for your account cancellation to be processed.
