Application Rejected

Sometimes, your verification documents may not be approved by your mailbox location upon submission.


No need to worry! This does not mean your mailbox account is being closed; it simply suggests that you should review your documents and consider providing additional ones if necessary.


Simply log into your account and the status bar will advise you to upload new files:



Once you click on the blue, ‘Upload New Files’ button, you will see a note from your mailbox location advising on what you need to submit (additional) for your application to be approved: 



Click on ‘Upload Files’ to add additional files.


Once you are done, click on ‘Submit for Review’ for your mailbox location to review your application again.
