Step-By-Step Guide

  • Navigate to your mail item
  • On top click Actions
  • Select Shred

You will be notified via email when the shred request has completed.

Alternatively, you can shred multiple items at the same time by navigating to any mail folder, selecting multiple check boxes, and selecting Shred from the Action menu.
