When you sign up with Anytime Mailbox, your digital mailbox is activated, and you can start using your digital mailbox address right away. However, to receive physical mail and use all the features of your digital mailbox, you need to confirm your identity and complete some documentation.
To complete the verification process, login to your Anytime Mailbox account using a desktop or laptop computer and follow the instructions.
As you go through the process, you will see a progress bar when you login indicating the status of your application, and the steps you need to take, if any.
Note: If you do not see a progress bar in your profile, please login from a desktop or laptop computer.
The application progress bar will help you to know what action needs to be taken (if any) and at what stage of the approval process your application is.
Typically, once you’ve submitted your documents online, the mail center operator will review them. This process usually takes 2-3 business days.

If you’ve completed in-person verification and submitted your documents, confirm with the mail center that they’ve processed them. If your status is still incomplete, log into your account, go to your Dashboard, scroll down, and find the Virtual Mailbox provider’s contact information to reach out directly.
