How do we submit the USPS form?
To submit your USPS Form 1583 and the necessary identification documents, you can conveniently upload them through our online portal during the verification process.
If you complete the online notary process on your desktop or laptop computer via your portal, the submission of your documents will be handled automatically. They will be sent directly to the operator, who will then review and approve them. This automated process eliminates the need for you to manually upload the documents.
However, if they use a free link or a link sent by our support team, you will need to manually upload the USPS Form 1583 and your IDs via a secure upload link provided.
To ensure a smooth experience:
You should first check their portal for the file upload option, which is only available when using a computer (this feature is not accessible on the app).
If the upload option is not available, you can use this secure upload link to submit your documents.
Alternatively, you may submit your documents directly to the Operator (OP) for manual processing.
