Zambia's law mandates requirements to open a mailbox. You must provide the following before you can begin receiving mail.
Personal Mailbox
- 1 copy of Government ID or notarized identity document
- 1 Copy of the utility bill that has the customer's address received in the last 12 months
Corporate Mailbox
- Copy of business registration
- Copy of authorized representative's Government ID or notarized identity document
