Why is my mail not being accepted at my location?

If you haven't completed the verification process and your mailbox application hasn't been approved, your mailbox location may refuse or send back your mail items to the sender.


In accordance with USPS guidelines, your mailbox location is unable to accept or manage mail items on your behalf until the verification process is finalized.


To finish your application and verification, please log in to your account using a desktop or laptop computer and follow the provided instructions.
