How to Add and Verify a New Forwarding Address

When adding a new forwarding address, it is important to note that it will require updating your USPS 1583 form to have the new forwarding address verified. 


Here’s how you can update or add a new forwarding address through your portal.


Step 1: Login to the portal using a desktop or laptop computer, from the main Dashboard, click the Settings tab and from select Forwarding Address from the option on the left. Click the blue Add button to add a new forwarding address. 



Step 2: Fill in the label, address field and phone number and click Submit once done.  




Step 3: The address will now appear in the Forwarding Address list, with a notification at the top stating that it is unverified. To verify the address, click on the label you have added for the address. 


Step 4: You will then see the address field, this is for you to be able to check if the address you have added is correct or if you would like to make some edits. If you are all good with the address, click on the blue Verify button at the bottom of the page. 




Step 5: After clicking the verify button, you will be routed to the main dashboard this time asking you to complete the verification.
