To check on your plan’s action request and the inclusion of your plan follow these steps:
Log in to your Anytime Mailbox account on your computer or mobile device using the Anytime Mailbox app.
Navigate to the Billing section of your account:
You will automatically be at the default page > Usage:
You will see the name of your plan and the current billing cycle:
You will see allowances included in your plan:
Incoming Mail Items
Open & Scan Requests
Forward Requests
Check Deposit Requests
Pickup Requests
Recycle Requests
Shred Requests
Authorized Recipients
Storage
The Allowance will be presented first then the Usage for the Billing Cycle:
