Checking for Your Plan's Allowance

To check on your  plan’s action request and the inclusion of your plan follow these steps: 

  • Log in to your Anytime Mailbox account on your computer or mobile device using the Anytime Mailbox app.

  • Navigate to the Billing section of your account:



  • You will automatically  be at the default  page > Usage:





  • You will see the  name of your plan and the current billing cycle:





  • You will see allowances  included in your plan:

    • Incoming Mail Items

    • Open & Scan Requests

    • Forward Requests

    • Check Deposit Requests

    • Pickup Requests

    • Recycle Requests

    • Shred Requests

    • Authorized Recipients

    • Storage

  • The Allowance will be presented first then the Usage for the Billing Cycle:
