Virtual mailbox services are designed primarily for personal and business use to receive mail. This service does not include the provision of a formal address rental contract or lease agreement. However, there are alternative documents available to confirm your ownership of the mailbox address.
What Documents Are Provided?
While a formal rental contract or lease agreement is not offered, you can access your invoice or statement, which serves as proof of your mailbox ownership. This document includes your mailbox address and billing information.
How to Download Your Invoice or Statement
Step 1: Log in to Your Account
Use a desktop or laptop computer, or log in through the Anytime Mailbox Renter App.
Step 2: Navigate to Billing
Once logged in, go to Billing > Statement.
Step 3: Download Your Invoice
Click on the Invoice Number for the relevant billing period.
Select View as PDF to download the invoice directly to your device.
Alternative Solutions
If the invoice or statement does not meet your needs, contact your mail center operator directly to inquire whether they can provide additional documentation.
To get your mailing center's contact information, login to your mailbox account using a desktop or laptop computer, scroll down on your Dashboard to find the mail center's contact information (address, phone number, and email).
