How Can I Update My Credit Card Info?

Updating your payment information is easy!

On a computer:

  1. Log into your Anytime Mailbox account

  2. Go to Billing

  3. Click Payment

Note: If you only need to update the expiry date or the billing zip code, you will be required to input the complete card details (Credit Card Number, CVV, Expiry Month/Year, and the Billing Zip Code) to push through with the update.

Using your mobile device (Anytime Mailbox App):

  1. Log into your Anytime Mailbox app on your mobile device

  2. Go to Billing

  3. Click Payment

  4. Tap the Credit Card Number box and input the details

  5. Click Update

Note: The Anytime Mailbox app can be downloaded from the App Store for iOS and the Play Store for Android devices.
