Updating your payment information is easy!
On a computer:
Log into your Anytime Mailbox account
Go to Billing
Click Payment
Note: If you only need to update the expiry date or the billing zip code, you will be required to input the complete card details (Credit Card Number, CVV, Expiry Month/Year, and the Billing Zip Code) to push through with the update.
Using your mobile device (Anytime Mailbox App):
Log into your Anytime Mailbox app on your mobile device
Go to Billing
Click Payment
Tap the Credit Card Number box and input the details
Click Update
Note: The Anytime Mailbox app can be downloaded from the App Store for iOS and the Play Store for Android devices.
