Changing your payment info is easy!


On a computer:

  • Log into your Anytime Mailbox account 
  • Go to Billing
  • Click Payment

Note: If you only need to update the expiry date or the billing zip code, you will be required to input the complete card details (Credit Card Number, CVV, Expiry Month/Year, and the Billing Zip Code) to push through with the update.

Using your mobile device (Anytime Mailbox App):

  • Log into your Anytime Mailbox app on your mobile device
  • Go to Billing
  • Click Payment
  • Tap the Credit Card Number box and input the details
  • Click Update


Note: The Anytime Mailbox app can be downloaded in the App Store for iOS, and in Play Store for Android devices.
