Reactivating A Closed Mailbox Account

If you wish to restore an old mailbox or reactivate your service, please note that officially closed accounts cannot be directly reinstated. To continue using our services, you must complete a new sign-up process.

Step 1: Contact Support

Before you sign up again, please Contact Us or email us at help@anytimemailbox.com. Our team needs to manually prepare the system by:

  • Verifying Mailbox Availability: Checking if your previous mailbox number is still available.

  • Reserving Your Mailbox: If available, we can "reserve" the number so it is ready for your new registration.

  • Checking Balances: Identifying any outstanding balances that need to be settled.

Step 2: Settle Outstanding Balances

If your previous account was closed with an unpaid balance, our team will provide you with the total amount due. We require an agreement to settle this balance before we can assist with the new account setup.

Step 3: Complete a New Sign-Up

Once our team confirms the mailbox is reserved and any balance issues are addressed, you will be instructed to:

  1. Visit our website and sign up for a new account.

  2. Complete the verification process (providing ID and Form 1583 (for US Location Only) or as required by postal regulations for all new accounts in your mail center location. 

  3. Outstanding balance will then be collected from your new account.
