How Does Your Service Work? What Happens When You Receive Mail?

Our service works by having the mail center operator receive your mail and take a picture of the front of the envelope or package label. 

The operator (your mailbox location) will then upload the picture online to your dashboard, and you will receive a notification email as well as an alert on the mobile phone app if you have it installed.

To view the picture, you will need to log in to your account. Once you have logged in and seen the uploaded image of your mail, you can select whether you would like the operator to Forward, Open and Scan, Recycle, or Shred the mail. 

It's important to note that the operator will not take any action on your mail unless you have chosen one of these action requests.
