We're sorry to hear that you need to cancel your mailbox account.
We understand that changes happen, and we're here to assist you through the process. Here's how you can cancel your mailbox account:
Log in to your account using a desktop, laptop computer or the Anytime Mailbox Renter App. You can download the app Play Store or App Store depending on your device.
From your dashboard, go to Settings.
From the left submenu, click Close Account.
4. You will see a message prompting you to confirm your request to close your account, along with the effective date of the account closure. The message will also include important reminders about any applicable fees, access to files, and steps you may need to take if you wish to reopen your account in the future.
To proceed, select the radio button to confirm that you understand your account will be permanently deleted and that you wish to continue with the closure. Then, click the red “Close Account” button to initiate the account closure process.
5. You will be prompted to select a reason for closing your account from the available options. Simply choose the most applicable reason and click Submit to continue.
6. Once your account has been closed, a confirmation message will appear to acknowledge that your request has been received. If you change your mind, you can click the “Cancel Account Closure” button to reverse the request.
Please be sure to download any files you are interested in saving as you will no longer have access to your files after your account is closed. Also, you may want to contact your local mail center operator for any outstanding mail that still needs to be processed.
Any incoming mail received after your account is closed will be returned to the sender.
We will attempt to charge your card on file for any outstanding balance, including any ancillary fees you will incur up to the time the account is closed.
