Basic Troubleshooting for App and Web Issues
If you're having trouble using the Anytime Mailbox app or accessing your account through a web browser, don't worry — this guide covers quick and easy troubleshooting steps to help you get back on track.
Whether it’s a login issue, a page not loading, or something not working as expected, simple fixes like clearing your cache or reinstalling the app often solve the problem.
If You're Using a Web Browser
Here are a few things you can try:
Switch to a different browser (for example, try Firefox if you're using Chrome).
Clear your browser’s cache and cookies, then restart the browser. (See the “How to Clear Cache and Cookies” section below for step-by-step instructions.)
If You're Using the Mobile App
Try the following steps:
Uninstall and reinstall the app.
Log in on a different device to see if the issue continues.

Having Trouble Clicking a Link? Check Your Pop-Up Blocker
If you're logged in but clicking a link doesn’t work, your browser may be blocking pop-up windows — which are required for certain actions.
How to Allow Pop-Ups
On Mac (Google Chrome):
Click the icon beside the web address (usually a lock).
Choose Site Settings.
Make sure Pop-ups and redirects are set to Allow.
On Windows (Google Chrome):
Click the lock icon next to the web address.
Under Permissions for this site, ensure that Pop-ups and redirects are Allowed.
Locked Out After Too Many Login Attempts?
If you've entered the wrong login credentials multiple times, your IP address may be temporarily blocked. If you see an error about your IP being restricted, wait 15 minutes and try logging in again.
