Signing up for a digital mailbox is quick and easy! Follow these steps to get started:
Step 1: Go to www.anytimemailbox.com and choose a location by clicking on Locations or using the Search Bar. You can enter the full street address, city, state, or zip code.
Choose your preferred location. Then, select a mailing center from the provided list. Note that each mailing center sets its own service plans and pricing.
Click Select Plan to continue with your chosen mailing center and service plan.
Step 2: Once you've chosen a location, the upper part of the page will show the sample address format for that mailing center, the services offered as well as the site name, which is the official name of the mailing center operator.
Review the allowances and inclusions of each plan located at the bottom of the page to select the best plan for your needs. For additional information, click Full Details to view the entire plan. When you're ready to move forward, select either a Monthly or Yearly subscription to continue.
Step 3: Choose a mailbox number, enter your name and business name (if applicable). Make sure your name matches your ID, as this is required for verification purposes. Click Continue to proceed.
Step 4:Provide your home address, contact details, and create a login password. Click Continue when you're done.
A 6-digit verification code will be sent to your email. Check your inbox. You may copy the code from your email and paste it on the pop-up box. Click the Validate button to proceed.
Step 5: Before finalizing your signup, review all the details you’ve entered, including your service plan and associated fees. You will also receive a reminder about the USPS Form 1583, which is required to activate your mailbox.
Step 6: To finish signing up, please enter your credit card information. Your subscription will automatically renew, and your card will be charged until you cancel the service. This applies even if you don't actively use the mailbox or submit the necessary forms. Select "Continue" to move forward.
Once your payment is confirmed, a pop-up box will appear, confirming that your payment was successful and your digital mailbox has been created. You may close the pop-up by clicking the “X” button.
You now have the option to log in right away and complete the verification process to start using your digital mailbox.
