Shred Request - Mobile App Walkthrough


Need to securely dispose of a mail item? The app makes it simple to request shredding, ensuring your sensitive documents are destroyed safely. Follow these easy steps to submit a shred request to the operator:

Step 1. Log In to the App

Begin by logging into the app using your credentials. Once you're in, you'll see your main dashboard.

Step 2. Go to Your Inbox

From the dashboard, tap on the Inbox section. This will bring up a list of all the mail items you've received.

Step 3. Select the Mail Item You Want to Shred

Scroll through your inbox and tap on the mail item you’d like to have shredded. This will open the detailed view of the envelope or document.

Step 4. Tap the Thunder Icon

Look to the top-right corner of the screen and tap the thunder icon. This icon opens up a list of available actions for the selected mail item.

Step 5. Choose “Shred” from the List of Actions

A menu will slide up from the bottom of the screen showing different request options. Tap on “Shred” to initiate a secure shredding request for the selected item.

Step 6. Receive Confirmation

Once you select “Shred,” a confirmation pop-up will appear, notifying you that your shred request has been successfully submitted. The operator will take care of the rest.

Your mail item is now in queue for secure shredding. No further action is needed. If you want to view or manage the status of your request, simply return to the app’s inbox or activity log.
