In your Anytime Mailbox portal, you can select multiple mail items at once and submit a bulk action request for quicker processing. This allows you to apply the same action (such as Open & Scan, Forwarding, Pick Up, Recycle, or Shred) to multiple pieces of mail in just a few clicks.
To select multiple mail items at once and submit an action request, follow these steps:
Using a computer:
Step 1: Log into your Anytime Mailbox portal.
Step 2: Go to your Inbox and review your mail items.
Clicking the checkbox button beside the "Action" dropdown allows you to select or deselect all mail items in your inbox at once. This is useful for applying bulk actions like Open & Scan, Forward, Pick Up, Recycle, or Shred.
You can also manually select multiple mail items by clicking the checkbox next to each mail ID number. This gives them flexibility in choosing which specific items to process.
Step 3: Once your mail items are selected, click the "Action" button and choose what you want to do.
Using the Mobile App:
Step 1: Login to the Anytime Mailbox Renter App.
Step 2: Go to your Inbox, tap the blue double checkmark at the top right, then select the mail items you want to forward.
Step 3: Once your mail items are selected, click the "Lightning Bolt" icon and choose an action request.
All requested mail will go to your "Pending" folder. To access your Pending folder, click Mail tab > Pending subfolder.
