If you’ve added additional recipients to your account, the operator will review the request, which typically takes 1 to 3 business days for approval after you upload the verification documents needed.
If more than three days have passed and your request is still pending, there may be missing or incorrect documents. To review your submission, simply go to your portal and navigate to the Settings tab. Then, click on Authorized Recipients from the menu on the left to check the status of your request.
