Pending Approval Authorized Recipient Status: What to do?

If you’ve added additional recipients to your account, the operator will review the request, which typically takes 1 to 3 business days for approval after you upload the verification documents needed. 

If more than three days have passed and your request is still pending, there may be missing or incorrect documents. To review your submission, simply go to your portal and navigate to the Settings tab. Then, click on Authorized Recipients from the menu on the left to check the status of your request.


To ensure a smooth approval process, please double-check that you have uploaded the correct documents. This will allow the operator to review and approve your request for adding an authorized recipient without delays.

To check you've uploaded the correct documents for your authorized recipients, simply click the mailbox number next to their name. Then, navigate to the Files tab to view the uploaded documents. If needed, you can also upload additional files.
