The Anytime Mailbox Customer App

The Anytime Mailbox Customer App lets you effortlessly access your mail and submit action requests from your mobile device or tablet.

To get started, simply download the Anytime Mailbox Renter app — available on both the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store.

With real-time notifications, you’ll always stay informed. You’ll receive instant alerts when new mail is uploaded or when an action request is completed, so you never miss a beat.

The Home Tab

The Home Tab shows your mailbox address and three main folders:

  • Inbox – This folder contains all new mail and mail you've viewed but haven’t taken any action on yet.

  • Action Required – This folder contains mail items that need your attention. You might see warnings like:

    • "Mail item is about to incur storage fees" – shown 5 days before your free storage period ends.

    • "Mail item is incurring storage fees" – shown once the item goes past the free storage period.

    • "Follow-up action is required" – appears after an Open & Scan is completed to remind you to take another action to avoid storage fees.

  • Recently Completed – This folder contains mail items with completed action requests.

You can quickly check the status of your mail right from the homepage of the app.


Mail Tab

The Mail Tab displays your folders: Inbox, Action Required, and Recently Completed. You’ll also see:

  • Pending – Shows mail items you've submitted an action request for, but that haven’t been completed yet.

  • Trash – Stores mail images you’ve deleted. Items stay here for 30 days before being permanently removed.


Mail Tab Features

Label Mail Items or Take Action

  • To Label an Item:
     Tap Inbox, select a mail item, then tap the three dots in the top right corner. Type in a label (e.g., "insurance") and tap the blue checkmark to save it.

  • To Take Action:
     Tap the lightning icon and choose an action such as "Open & Scan" or "Forward."

Mail Item Search

Once you’ve labeled your mail items, you can easily find them by using the search field at the top of the screen. Just type in the label name or item ID# to locate what you need.

Take Action on Multiple Items

Want to apply an action to several items at once?
 Tap the double-check icon at the top right, select the mail items, then tap the lightning icon at the bottom right to choose your action.

Billing Tab

The Billing Tab helps you manage your account and payments. You’ll see three sections:

  • Usage – Track your account activity and plan usage.

  • Statement – View your invoices, payments, and billing history.

  • Payment – Update your credit card information easily.

Settings Tab

Use the Settings Tab to manage your account details:

  • Forwarding Addresses – Add and manage multiple forwarding addresses.

  • Security – Choose login preferences like staying signed in or using Touch ID.

  • User – Update the email address linked to your account.

  • Close Account – Submit a request to cancel your account.

 

Help Tab

Need support? The Help Tab includes your mailing center’s contact info (email and phone), as well as a link to our Knowledge Base for quick answers and guidance.
